Celtic Tiger Services director was responsible for coordinating the sequencing of scope for 350 personnel in demolition and construction phases of the Port's redevelopment.

In addition to this Celtic Tiger Services director  also took accountability for delivering construction of common  service trenches, structures & construction of marine port side pavements within a Brownfield marine site impacted by tidal influences.

Ensuring compliance with strict project specific marine environment technical specifications at all times while working in conjunction within a live port facility, interacting with customs regarding risk identification and implementation of appropriate mitigation process for safety.

Ultimately resulting in the successful delivery of a fully automated cargo terminal.
